When it is half dry half wet, it becomes very sticky. • DO NOT wash the adhesive gel pads under water. • DO NOT attach adhesive pads to each other when storing. • DO NOT attach adhesive pads to any other surface other than the pads holder.

After repeated usage, the adhesive pads will eventually lose their adhesiveness. When this occurs, remove the old pads and replace with new gel pads to ensure Healthmate Forever Muscle Therapy provides maximum effectiveness. These cover a useful range of sizes, from big pads to smaller ones, which perfect for targeting specific pain locations on the body. Just as bandages not "one size fits all," it has been helpful to have small pads to use on hands and wrists, while the larger ones better suited to large muscles.
